Description
WHAT CONNECTS GOETHE AND KANDINSKY?
The colorful series of avant-garde β chronographs βSquare & Roundβ.
The Avantgarde collection by Alexander Shorokhoff is defined by colors, shapes, and abstractions β a celebration of creative freedom that resonates with painters, philosophers, poets, and other free spirits. Both Goethe and Kandinsky were deeply inspired by the power of color and developed their own color theories. Their profound understanding, philosophical insights, and unique associations of color with shape and even scent made their works world-renowned.
Alexander Shorokhov, founder and designer of the brand, draws on this legacy β and reinterprets it in a contemporary way.
In the new βSquare & Roundβ chronograph in green, Alexander Shorokhoff deliberately combines contrasts, colors, and clear geometry to create a distinctive overall look. The rich green of the dial has a special depth and vibrancyβcombined with cream-colored totalizers, silver-colored appliquΓ©s, and clear lines, it creates a play of warmth and clarity. The subtle contrasts are not only visually exciting, but also give the watch an emotional balance β expressive, modern, and timeless at the same time.
The distinctive square case, measuring 44.5 x 44.5 mm, remains a defining feature β bold and substantial, yet visually balanced by its softly rounded edges.
Inside, the high-quality ETA 7753 automatic movement ensures reliable performance. It is intricately hand-engraved and refined in the brandβs own workshop, visible through the sapphire crystal case back. An avant-garde ring on the reverse side further highlights the watchβs artistic roots.
Each color variant is strictly limited to just 30 pieces β a tribute to the anniversary year of the manufactory and a celebration of the power of color.
